Проект «Aftermath: Surviving Psychopathy» направлен на повышение осведомлённости о лицах с психопатическими чертами характера и на снижение негативного воздействия, которое они оказывают на окружающих.
Наше видение
Мы стремимся к будущему, в котором психопатия будет причинять меньше вреда — будущему, в котором более глубокое понимание этой проблемы приведет к улучшению профилактики, лечения и поддержки жертв, их семей, а также людей с психопатическими чертами.
Что такое психопатия?
Психопатия — это расстройство личности, характеризующееся систематической склонностью к лжи, эксплуатации окружающих, безрассудству, высокомерию, сексуальной распущенности, низкому уровню самоконтроля и отсутствию эмпатии по отношению к другим людям. Лица с психопатическими чертами, по-видимому, лишены социальных эмоций (любви, эмпатии, чувства вины и раскаяния).
