what is pay-a-pal

Post by cherub »

it seems to me that there are posters here from many places on the globe.
i have just read dr. leedom's announcement that it is possible to make a donation to aftermath. i would like to do this but i sure don't know what pay a pal is. i also do not live in a palce where it is safe to do financials over the internet. so is it possible to put some sort of address here for the older, not so techie group? mail is slow but in the end, it has the same effect.

You can send donations to
Dr. David Kosson Dept of Psychology/ Rosalind Franklin University
3333 Green Bay Road
North Chicago, IL 60064

If you want your donation to count toward "membership" specify that and send at least 25$

Of course, we are not suggesting that people who use this site should feel pressure to contribute to it. The site is designed to help people. However, for people who do wish to donate to the foundation, Paypal is especially advantageous for people living outside the United States who do not have access to bank accounts that work with United States dollars. The paypal system is designed to handle conversions from various other currencies into dollars.

I've 'subscribed' through pay pal but it hasn't affected my account - I don't recall an option to specify what the donation was for but I didn't know to look out for that at the time anyway!

i too have sent a small donation, long ago actually, not through pay-pal but through the mail. the check has not been cashed. i don't want a receipt or membership. i would like your good work to continue.
anyway if there is any explanation for why the previous poster seems unsuccessful and i feel unsuccessful , i would like to have it.

i have a question. a long time ago, as soon as i got an addr3ess, i sent a donation to dr..........franklin ..........illinois....usa it has never been cashed. is there a reason for such a delay? i can think of many but it was mailed before end of terms, finals and all of that stuff that profs have to handle in may. so now i ask, was it received?

Thank you so much for your support! We appreciate your donation. I am checking on this for you. The above address that Dr. Leedom posted is correct. Is that the address you sent it to? Just want to make sure that we are looking in the right place. Hopefully, I will have an answer for you shortly. Thank you again.

Trust me - if I ever win millions in a lottery, Aftermath will be funded.
