Aftermath: Surviving Psychopathy Foundation

My mum.is 'on ' all the time. Constantly acting , constantly manipulating , it must be exhausting ! How do they do it ? It must take an enormous amount of energy to keep track of all the lies and subterfuge and different mind games played with different people . I'm far to lazy to be a psychopath do they ever just chill and be themselves ? I think that I'm the person who knows my mum better than anyone else but , I don't know her at all , it's like she's buried under an avalanche of façade .
